The Ownership tab offers an overview of a company's ownership structure and related details. It's sourced from official documents, ensuring that you receive accurate and up-to-date information.
How to Navigate the Ownership tab:
Visit Bizzy.org.
Search for the desired company using the search bar.
Select the company's profile from the search results.
Click on the Ownership tab.
Navigate between Group, Shareholders, Investments, and Mandates using the sub-tabs to explore each section in detail.
Tip: The depth and breadth of information available in the Ownership tab depend on the disclosures made by the company in its official documents. As such, some sections might be more detailed than others based on what the company has chosen to disclose.
1. Group
This section provides a visual representation of the company's group structures. Here, you can see how the company is positioned within its broader corporate group, if applicable. This can include parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliate entities.
2. Shareholders
In this tab, users can view a detailed list of the company's shareholders. Information typically includes:
Name of the shareholder (individual or corporate entity).
Since when they're a shareholder.
The number and percentage of shares they hold.
This section provides a clear picture of who has ownership stakes in the company and the extent of their influence.
3. Investments
Here, you can access information about the company's investments:
Other businesses or startups the company has invested in.
The value or percentage of the investment.
The location of the company.
This section provides insights into the company's external financial commitments and strategic interests.
4. Mandates
The mandates section lists any official permissions or authorisations granted to the company or its representatives.
