Why custom fields can be necessary
When integrating Bizzy with your CRM, most standard data (like company name, website, email, phone number, etc.) will automatically map to existing CRM fields.
However, in some cases you may need to create custom fields in your CRM:
To push additional Bizzy data that does not fit into a standard CRM field.
To identify existing clients in your CRM (for customers using the Sales Agent). Bizzy will then be able to “read” this field and avoid suggesting your current clients again as leads.
For this reason, it is important to know how to create and manage custom fields in your CRM.
How to create custom fields in your CRM
Here are links to the official documentation for the most common CRM systems integrated with Bizzy:
HubSpot: Create and edit custom properties
Odoo: To configure the integration, you will need to create custom fields using Odoo Studio.
Studio is a separate Odoo module that allows you to easily add and manage fields.
