What is a Tech Stack?
A tech stack refers to the set of technologies, tools, and frameworks that a company uses to build and run its digital platforms.
This can include everything from the programming languages used to develop websites to the email marketing software that manages customer communications.
Understanding a prospect's tech stack can provide valuable insights into their business needs, existing systems, and potential challenges.
How to use the Tech Stack filter ?
Navigate to Search.
Click to + Add filter.
Go to Company filters > Industries & Technologies to locate the Tech Stack option.
Within the 'Tech Stack' section, you can either search for specific technologies or choose from categories like CMS, A/B Testing, Message Boards, etc.
You can refine your search using these rules:
Includes one of: Returns companies using at least one of the selected technologies.
Includes all: Returns companies using all of the selected technologies.
Does not include: Excludes companies using any of the selected technologies.
Tip: Combine Technology Stack filters to find companies that use certain technologies but not others. This can be a great way to narrow down your ideal prospects. For instance, you could set one filter to include companies using Salesforce, while configuring a second filter to exclude those using HubSpot.
After applying the filter, additional columns will appear in the results, displaying specific tech stacks and categories.
